Participation with executive leadership in hospital strategic and growth initiatives

Physician recruitment, contracting, and practice acquisition
Managed care strategy and related contracting
Operational & Contractual Oversight
Ongoing review and negotiation of operational and strategic contracts, including managed care agreements, revenue cycle management, supply chain and GPO arrangements, key service provider contracts, including pharmacy, anesthesia, radiology, EVS and dietary
Medical Staff Oversight
Active participation in medical staff oversight alongside executive and physician leadership
Key participant in medical executive committee and related committees
Compliance & Regulatory Readiness
Advisory support related to quality assurance, compliance, and risk management programs
Regulatory readiness guidance for accreditation and oversight bodies
Financial Oversight
Oversight of hospital financial operations in collaboration with the CEO, CFO and Board
Review and guidance related to monthly financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow projections, accounts payable and cash management, and action plans to meet budget and cash flow targets.
Outcome
Despite continued post-pandemic financial pressures impacting the hospital, the organization made meaningful progress in strengthening leadership alignment and financial discipline.
